发布会介绍，今年1-10月，广东149个地表水国考断面水质优良率达92.6%，为“十四五”以来最好。《广东省美丽河湖保护与建设清单》计划于年底前印发，共涉及近200个河流湖库，并结合河湖情况拟定各水体的建设时序。东江、西江、韩江干流全段预计2027年前均能建成美丽河湖。2027年全省美丽河湖建成率预计可达40%以上。

在当天上午的讲话中，习主席宣布中国支持全球发展的八项行动。从携手高质量共建“一带一路”、落实全球发展倡议、支持非洲发展、支持减贫和粮食安全国际合作，到推动全球科技创新成果更多惠及“全球南方”、开展造福“全球南方”的务实合作、加强反腐败合作、扩大对最不发达国家单边开放等，这是中国同广大发展中国家携手实现现代化、共同推动全球发展迈向平衡协调包容新阶段的重大举措。
