广西西江船闸运行调度中心分析数据显示，截至11月19日，2024年长洲船闸下行货物(由广西发往粤港澳大湾区，主要为碎石、水泥、石灰石等基建材料)过货量为1.597亿吨，同比增长24.57%；长洲船闸上行货物(由粤港澳大湾区发往广西，主要为煤炭、铁矿、集装箱、玉米等能源型材料)过货量为0.408亿吨，同比增长13.95%。同时，据交通部门测算，预计长洲船闸全年可降低社会物流成本16.87亿元。(王伟臣 祁彬 杨苑君）

北京市教委提示，民办非学历高等教育机构不具备颁发国家承认的学历证书的资格，以开展高等教育自学考试助学等文化教育培训、职业培训为教学内容。民办非学历高等教育机构招收参加自学考试助学的学生，须修完国家高等教育自学考试规定的全部课程，并取得北京市自学考试相关合格成绩后，方可颁发国家承认学历的高等教育自学考试毕业证书。
