中新网温州11月20日电 (张益聪)“人的一生中，大约1/3时间在睡眠中度过，可以说睡眠就是人的‘第二生命’。”20日，在温州医科大学温州市第七人民医院揭牌仪式暨脑科学高质量发展大会上，中国社会心理学会候任会长、温州医科大学特聘教授博士生导师王俊秀发言称，近十年来，中国民众的平均睡眠时间减少了1小时左右。

11月11日至19日，广西消防救援总队2024年“壮鹰竞桂”执勤岗位练兵比武竞赛在贵港市消防训练基地举行。556名消防员围绕业务理论、3000米跑、百米穿越障碍、箱体搜索、现场通信保障、预案推演、纵深灭火救人、整建制实战化操法等科目，展开激烈角逐。此次比武竞赛，着眼“全灾种、大应急”救援职能需要，紧贴实战需求，围绕全勤指挥部比武、单人岗位技能比武和集体项目综合比武，共设三大类、10个岗位、33个竞赛科目。
