北京市教委提示，民办非学历高等教育机构不具备颁发国家承认的学历证书的资格，以开展高等教育自学考试助学等文化教育培训、职业培训为教学内容。民办非学历高等教育机构招收参加自学考试助学的学生，须修完国家高等教育自学考试规定的全部课程，并取得北京市自学考试相关合格成绩后，方可颁发国家承认学历的高等教育自学考试毕业证书。
